More information about Lids

If you have any kind of jar, we can close it. We offer a wide range of lids for jars. The lids are made of white sheet metal, carefully painted and protected with anti-rust varnish.
We offer packed lids in packages of 10, 20, 30 and 50 pieces for sale in retail stores.
However, if you come from the industry or have your own production of products, we also offer lids that are factory packed in cartons or pallets. If you know you need a lid, but you don't know which one yet, you can use the guide below.

How to choose the right lid? Let's go through it step by step:

1. Lid diameter
The lid diameter is not the outer diameter of the lid that you would measure, but is determined by the thread diameter. This must of course match your jar. Lid sizes range from 30 mm to 110 mm.

2. Lid depth
Once we have selected the diameter, we must also determine the depth (or height) of the lid. This must again match your jar. There is a standard depth, but for a more exclusive look, deep and double deep (or extra deep) versions are also available for certain lid diameters.

3. Seal
After selecting the diameter and depth, the lion's share of the work is already done. The choice of seal is the next functional requirement. The seals are made of plastic and are in contact with the jar and can also be in contact with food. It is therefore important to choose the right one depending on what kind of food we are storing.
Is it acidic, sweet, fatty? You tell us what you are storing, and we will choose the right seal for you.

4. Color, motif or custom print
The aesthetic part of choosing lids follows. There are standard colors and motifs (white, gold, black, copper, fruit, vegetable, beekeeping motifs), and we also offer a choice of any color or print design to your liking. This option is of course conditional on a sufficient quantity being ordered.
